Typical Wetherspoons, nice food i have the large breakfast and coffee, place is warm and inviting on cold winter mornings, alwaus plenty of early tipplers here for banter

I recently visited The Sussex and had a delightful experience! The restaurant has a welcoming atmosphere with its spacious layout and classic decor. The staff was friendly and efficient, making our visit enjoyable. I tried the fish and chips, which were crispy and flavorful , accompanied by a generous portion of mushy peas. The drinks selection is impressive, with a variety of ales at great prices. The outdoor seating area is perfect for sunny days. Overall, a solid choice for a casual meal or drinks with friends recommended!

Me and my family visited today for some lunch. We were particularly impressed with the quality of the food and the exceptional customer service. We will be definitely be visiting again

Felt discriminated against for being Scottish, staff advised they could not take my £20 Bank of Scotland note. Surely they have machines or pens to make sure they are not fake, very angry re this its 2024 its ridiculous
